CONNECT22 Ticketing Refunds, exchanges and replacements

  1. All tickets are fully transferable except to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
  2. All tickets are refundable less the ticket price of the Online Experience – and applicable fees and charges, but refunds are only in the following circumstances:
    - The event or a portion of the event is cancelled,
    - Restrictions on numbers of people (social distancing) are imposed by the event venue or local, state or Federal Governments AND your ticket qualifies to be refunded. **
    - Borders are closed (and you unable to attend the in person portion of the event)
    - The event is rescheduled to another date (and you unable or do not wish to attend)
    - The event is significantly relocated geographically (and you unable or do not wish to attend the event)
  3. In the case of qualifying for a refund, you must apply for a refund within a reasonable time.
  4. If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges). Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), CMAA is not liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses. Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange.
  5. Lost, damaged, stolen, or destroyed tickets will only be replaced if the authenticity of the ticket can be verified, including proof of purchase, and if you give reasonable notice before the event. CMAA may charge a reasonable fee for the replacement of tickets.
  6. In regard to other expenses for attending the event, including but not limited to travel, parking and accommodation you may wish to consider taking out a relevant insurance policy to cover for any losses in the event of cancellation, rescheduling or relocation. We encourage you to consider the refund and cancellation policies of goods or service providers when making arrangements for attendance at an event.

**Qualification for refunds should social distancing regulations be imposed are based on the selling round of tickets and details outlined in the ticket description.
