NEXUS and Leadership Development

NEXUS and Leadership Development

A proven leadership development program combining retreats, coaching, mentoring and practical learning to help leaders become ready for the future.

NEXUS is CMAA’s dedicated leadership development program, created to strengthen current and emerging leaders across Christian media and the arts.

Now successfully delivered three times, NEXUS is run in partnership with The Future Leader Group and brings together practical leadership development, personal reflection, coaching and connection with other leaders.

The program runs over nine months and includes face-to-face retreats, leader-to-leader coaching, mentoring, group learning and practical development, all delivered through the lens of faith.

Led alongside leadership expert Des Ong, NEXUS explores leadership through the lenses of emotional, cultural and generational intelligence, helping participants better understand themselves, the people they lead and the changing environment around them.

NEXUS is designed for leaders at different stages of the journey, from emerging leaders stepping into greater responsibility to experienced executives and managers wanting to continue growing.

More than simply a training course, it creates intentional space to step outside the demands of everyday leadership, reflect honestly, develop new capabilities and build relationships with others navigating similar opportunities and challenges.

The goal is to develop leaders who are not only more effective today, but better prepared to lead their teams and organisations into the future.
