Find the right people
Our Industry Jobs Portal connects Christian organisations with people looking to use their skills across media, communications, ministry, leadership and the creative industries.
CMAA members can advertise vacancies through the portal as part of their membership, while non-member organisations can also list roles for a small fee.
Policies ready to use
Members also have access to a range of best-practice policy templates and job descriptions that can be adapted and implemented within their own organisation.
Resources cover areas such as workplace policies, privacy, complaints, diversity, governance and position descriptions, providing a practical starting point without needing to build every document from scratch.
