From this week, Hope 103.2 will be blazoned on 150 buses roaming the streets of Sydney.
In August 2024, Hope 103.2 invited their supporters to give towards bringing back the 'Bus Backs', and received a very positive response, enabling the campaign to go ahead.
Hope's last advertising campaign was in October 2020, and since that time there has been a huge jump in price for the same reach and frequency. However the team at Hope have declared, "God obviously wants us on buses as we’ve secured a minor miracle deal for 150 bus backs across 8 weeks, commencing April 21!" This is expected to reach millions of Sydneysiders across the greater region.
What’s on the bus?
The Hope Team have created messages to uplift and encourage Sydney, throughout their day with messages like:

- When life gets heavy, we’re here to help you refuel - anytime, anywhere.
- Need to fill your tank? There’s a place to refuel. Tune in and breathe a little easier.
- Feeling tired and worn out? For the moments when you’re running on empty - press play and take a breath.
They are encouraging listeners and supporters to (safely) snap a photo when they see the bus backs out and about - and share with the team, to join in the excitement.
Why this message?
As a station that daily proclaims hope in Jesus, Hope 103.2 believes that is the key to what we all need - Hope in Jesus. The messages on the back of the buses are more than just feel-good jargon, they are backed by something real: hope, love, and the peace only Jesus can bring.
