Grants can open the door to new projects, stronger infrastructure and greater impact, but putting together a strong application can take time and careful planning.
CMAA supports members by sharing relevant funding opportunities and helping organisations strengthen their grant applications.
Depending on the opportunity, this may include reviewing draft applications, providing feedback on project framing, helping clarify outcomes and impact, and identifying areas that could be strengthened before submission.
We also help members think strategically about how a proposed project connects with their wider organisational goals, rather than treating the grant as a standalone opportunity.
Where appropriate, CMAA provides training, information sessions and practical guidance around major funding opportunities relevant to our sector.
Our goal is to help members submit applications that are clear, compelling and well aligned with both the funding criteria and the organisation’s broader mission.
