This rare opportunity in the exciting media industry is a Part Time Maternity Leave Contract for at least 12 months.

As Digital Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating engaging content on a variety of digital channels, including our new multi-website system and social channels. The role includes collaboration with contributors as well as development of original content where needed.
We are seeking someone who is experienced, organised and has a heart for the ministry of Hope to help us tell our story well.
This is a maternity leave position (expected 12 month duration, with possibility of extension). The role is part-time, approximately 4 days per week (negotiable).

Key responsibilities:
- Coordination and editing of content from internal and external contributors
- Integrating written, audio, video and social content across our online platforms
- Developing and writing original content
- Preparing and sending digital communications
- Website administration tasks
You will have:
- A degree or professional experience in media, communications, journalism or digital disciplines
- Online content management system experience, including style guides and image copyright use
- Experience with WordPress or other web content management systems (wCMS)
- Understanding and experience of basic SEO
- Experience using MailChimp, podcast platforms, Canva, Google Ads Manager and Analytics
- The ability to write interesting, informative short-form content quickly
- The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Can work independently and take initiative
- Attention to detail
