The Opportunity

We’re looking for a committed, relationship-focused individual to join the Hope Media team. You will have the opportunity to build and nurture relationships with key financial supporters and community leaders. As part of a team of Relationship Managers, you’ll work collaboratively to achieve great financial and relational outcomes for Hope Media and the Kingdom. This is a ministry role giving you opportunity to pray and build connections with our valued supporters and listeners. You will be a passionate ambassador for the mission and work of Hope Media, managing each relationship to inspire financial support and meaningful partnership to sustain and grow the organisation.

The Role Involves:

  • Stewardship of existing key stakeholder relationships.
  • Building excellent supporter relationships to raise financial support for the ministry.
  • Engage and nurture relationships with Hope supporters to maximise organisational and individual outcomes.
  • Provide supporters with pathways for greater trust, engagement, and advocacy.
  • Monitor and respond to data to drive engagement, improvement, and growth.
  • Within the team and individually plan and participate in events and engagement activities, both during and outside normal business hours.

About You

  • A genuine passion for the mission and purpose of Hope Media.
  • Strong interpersonal, pastoral, and communication skills.
  • Experience in a not-for-profit business development or relationship management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellence in personal organisation, prioritisation, and time management.
  • A great listener with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Experience working with a CRM, preferably recent.
