The Team:
The Community Relations team is responsible for connecting and engaging with our incredible listeners and supporters. They are passionate about ministry, people and the pursuit of excellence.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for an Administrator to join the team and play a critical role in supporting the team to be effective in our ministry. Along with high levels of organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise, you will be diligent with the details and be looking to work for a real purpose.

The role involves:
- Manage the accuracy, integrity, and maintenance of supporter information on our database
- Undertake donation processing functions, including data entry, receipting, banking, and pledge fulfilment
- Coordinating supporter communication such as daily Bible verse, REAL HOPE devotional
- Administrative oversight of the Hope & Prayer service
- Assist in sourcing, capturing and cataloguing supporter feedback
- Provide support as required for departmental events and activities such as our Fundraising Appeals
- Assist in the training and supervision of volunteer database operators
- Assist with general supporter correspondence and care procedures
- Administrative support to the Manager and team
We are looking for someone with a heart for the ministry as this will be vital to the role, has a genuine passion for connecting with the community in order to provide experiences of God’s love.
